This cuddley little guy and 2 of his buddys were seen about 100 yards away from a party on the beach in Cape Cod by a spotter pilot. They have closed down 5 miles of Cape Cod beach indefinitely in response to these smiley little creatures. They are saying the reason these guys got so close was because of the Seals that have been seen around the shore. My opinion? It’s because they were bumping that darn Rap Music!
