Over the Memorial Day weekend Sean Kingston and a long time friend and passenger Cassandra Sanchez crashed into the Palm Island Bridge in Miami Florida on a Jet Ski. The pair got the assistance of bystander who had to keep Kingston from drowning while he puked blood…

Sanchez recalls seeing Kingston puking blood and “pink stuff” while repeating “Im hurting, Im hurting.” The 2 were rushed to the hospital where Kingston was in critical condition.

Sanchez has since spoken about the incident saying she tried to warn Kingston before he attempted to go under the bridge saying “We can’t fit under there… Sean Stop!”

Sean Kingston’s status has now been moved to stable and he is in the ICU where doctors believe he will be recovering for several weeks. Sanchez escaped with only minor injuries. Alcohol has not been said to be a contributing factor in the crash.
