Has It Gotten THIS Bad?

So apparently kids are texting and facebooking and tweeting so much inside movie theatres that companies are thinking of doing something about it. I don’t understand what you’re facebooking about? I know I sound all “old” and stuff but I grew up with the tech age just as much as the kids did and I don’t see the point. I just paid $12 to watch a movie, there is no way I’m missing any part of it because I want to comment on my friends picture. It’s not like they can update about the movie that no one has seen right?

Anyway some ideas are floating around about making a

special theatre just for the kids who want to be socially active while watching movies. After a survey shows that kids think that updating facebook and twitter adds to the experience. Why even bother going to see the movie? I am just as bad about not being able to put my phone down throughout the day but when it comes to watching a movie I have no problem leaving it on silent. What do you think? Should movie theatres take up a special theatre for the kids that want to tweet and stuff or should parents just stop buying them tickets to movies they don’t wanna see?
