Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine is launching his own record label called 222 and Glee star Matthew Morrison is officially Adam’s first signed act.
Billboard reports that Adam can’t wait to start making music with Matthew.
‘Starting my own label has been a long time goal of mine and I am thrilled to be at the point in my career where it is finally happening,’ Adam wrote in a statement. ‘I am excited for everyone to hear Matthew’s forthcoming album. Great things are in store for him with this release.’
Matthew shares Adam’s sentiments about their upcoming collaboration.
‘I am excited to be working on my next album with such an incredible singer, writer and producer as Adam Levine,” Matthew gushed. ‘Adam and I share the same vision as we begin working on my record together.’
Matthew’s second studio album will be released on Adam’s label in the spring.
I’m sure you know of the famous “Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi” scene in Star Wars and wondered when we were going to be able to have 3-D projections like that in our society. You didn’t? Well I did! Either way, it appears there have been some insane advances in that technology. In fact, they can really do it! Courtesy of Celebuzz, some blurry photos have been released showing Henry Cavill in the Superman costume. Only one pic shows the full suit but you can make out alot of the details despite the pictures being blurry. The suit is dark like Superman Returns but it seems to be more body armor looking than tights. Plus they have adapted the “no underwear on the outside” look that DC is going to be soon releasing. Well I went to see the movie “Green Lantern” at midnight last night and I thought that a review from a regular guy, and super nerd would be helpful to those that are wanting to see the movie but are hearing nothing but “critics” opinions. Yup, someone finally did it! Not some crazy car company, not some scientist in a lab, just some regular dude (Super NERD!) decided to make a bike that hovers! Chris Milloy an Australian Engineer says that when his bike is finished it will be able to reach 10,000 feet and travel over 170 MPH. So we all know that iCloud is the latest and greatest from Apple, which makes everything you buy from iTunes available on all your Apple devices. What the world is wondering is “what about the music I didn’t buy from iTunes” and I have to say, that’s a very good question. The answer? iTunes Match. This service will take your music library and match it against their 18 Million songs it their music store. Whatever songs it can match up, you will have access to. Unfortunately there is a $25 annual fee for this service, however, if you need access to everything at anytime, there is an app for that.
Attention all Blackberry users! The one excuse you had for not owning an iPhone is now a thing of the past. With the new iOS 5 announcement Apple has introduced iMessage. Which is basically the same as your precious BBM, with that as well as the new iCloud service, there really is no reason left to own a Blackberry. I even have a personal message from Steve Jobs to all Blackberry users. He says “Your Welcome” … Hey it’s my website, I’m allowed to be bias.
With all the excitment I have for the upcoming Green Lantern movie, I kind of forgot how stoked I am for the new Batman movie! A guy on youtube named “The Fire Rises” has posted 2 teaser videos for the upcoming Dark Knight Rises movie! “Arkham Breakout” can be seen in the first video and although I’m a super comic nerd I still couldn’t pick up the spoiler alert that people are talking about, see if you can figure it out!
