#300

Holy Crap. I some how made it to 300 posts. What the hell could I have possibly said about 300 different topics. I’m sure you didn’t read them all but I’ll pretend you have been stalking my page since I typed my first word. I don’t know what else to say, this really isn’t an accomplishment…it’s not gonna make the resume or anything. Ok it actually might. Right under *Excellent self pleasure-er since 1990* in the “Special Skills” section that I don’t have. Well if you actually take the time to read this post then THANKS! ….both of you. (Hi Mom!) and hopefully I can continue writing for the next 300 posts. I don’t know though, this kind of makes me a big deal and I may just hire someone to dictate what I say. Yeah…that sounds like a great idea! (FYI the picture is totally what I look like when I play pretend in my Superman costume…close enough)

Are You American Enough?

Can you prove it? To become a citizen if you weren’t born here you have to take a test, which I’m sure you knew, but could YOU pass it is the question. There is a website called The Christian Science Monitor that has taken 96 questions from the citizenship test over the years and made it available for you to take. I’ll be honest, I was pretty sure I was going to fail miserably because I failed History in school but I got most of them correct. I guessed on a few but after all it is a test and I wouldn’t be in radio if I was any good at tests. You have to get a 58 to pass and become a citizen. Click HERE to give it a shot! Let me know how you did in the comments!

Your Regrets Haunt You

You may not realize it but you think about your regrets A LOT! Well, not more than sex, but quite a bit. According to a new survey, the average person spends 44 minutes a week thinking about their regrets.  That’s a little over six minutes a day or over 38 hours a year.  What are most people regretting? Check out the top 10 list after the jump and see if they match the things that YOU regret. I would have to say, I’m 9 out of 10 on these.

Creepy & Cute!

Just how I like my women! (giggity giggity!) Anyway, there is a story out of Scotland that is pretty unbelievable but true! On February 10th, 49-year-old Lorna Baillie of Edinburgh, Scotland collapsed from a massive heart attack.  She was rushed to the hospital, but after three hours trying to revive her, doctors declared her dead. (3 HOURS!?) Moving on…

Family members gathered to say goodbye, including her 58-year-old husband, John.  45 minutes after she’d been declared dead, he leaned over and told Lorna he loved her.
At that point, family members say….

App Of The Day 2/24

Today’s app is definitely an All-In-One kind of app! It’s called iFOOD ASSISTANT and not only can you make a shopping list with just the sound of your voice, you can also find some really tasty recipes with instructions and a break down of ingredients. The coolest part though? If you find a recipe that you want to try all you have to do is hit the little shopping cart icon and it automatically adds all the ingredients to your shopping list!

You can browse through recipes by what meal it’s for or what meat product your using. You can even

Beatles Ringtones Available

For the first time EVER you can purchase Beatles Ringtones for your iPhone through iTunes. Notice I said “purchase” although I’m sure a bunch of you already found a way to make it happen for free. Now you can do it legally. The ringtones that are available are from their iTunes exclusive “Beatles 1” that was released in 2011.

If You Had 15 Extra Minutes

What would you do with 15 extra minutes every day? Well a survey was conducted and they asked men and women individually and their answers pretty much line up with all the classic stereotypes. It shows that women are much more productive with their time than men are as well. Women were most likely to say they’d spend the time SLEEPING or CLEANING.  Men were most likely to say they’d spend the extra 15 minutes HAVING SEX.

The top five choices for men were: Have sex, sleep, …..
