Did anyone get that Austin Powers reference? Doesn’t matter. So I haven’t really cared about this story much but the voicemails got my attention. Manti Te’o was on with Katie Couric last night and he actually had 3 voicemails left by the person pretending to be his fake girlfriend Lennay Kekua.

It’s hard to tell if the person leaving the voicemail is a man or a woman. Milton Grimes, who’s a lawyer for the apparent mastermind, Ronaiah Tuiasosopo, says the hoax was a one-man show, and that it IS Ronaiah on the phone, impersonating a woman’s voice.

The voice is pretty convincing! So if it is Ronaiah then he is a talented voice actor! Check out the voicemails and Ronaiah’s actual voice after the jump!

Awww He’s So Wittle!

When placed on the big screen actors appear to be giant god like creatures that tower over the rest of society laughing loudy at all of us “normal” folk. Turns out, that’s all the magic of the big screen. You already knew that, but did you realize how itty bitty some of the BIG actors are? I could stare down Iron Man  at eye level!

Bill Murray Was Almost…

As regular people we never get to see behind the scenes on movies before they are made. Who knows which actor almost got what iconic roles but either turned them down or had too full of a schedule. Some movie turned out better, some worse but we never even knew they were up for them. Bill Murray is one of those guys! He has been up for some EPIC roles but for one reason or another didn’t get them. For example, did you know they were originally going for a campy Batman in the 80’s? Until director Tim Burton was hired, Bill Murray was going to be Batman. Instead Burton went with a darker version of the caped crusader and signed Michael Keaton. Another movie Murray almost starred in was about a boy who loved his “mama” and wore “magic shoes” until they broke off while he was running from bullies. Yup! Bill Murray was almost Forest Gump.
