If men actually know what you ladies think that this might be a little bit of bad news for you. They surveyed a bunch of men to find out what they THINK are the top features women look for and it showed that the majority of men think ladies love abs. 48% to be exact, followed by nice arms at 20%, a nice chest was 3rd with 19% and finally, the mans package came in 4th with 10%. I Am Irresistible To The Ladies

Now these are the kind of stories I like to find on the web! A survey by YourTango.com asked people what makes people of the opposite sex irresistible.  Surprisingly, both men and women agreed that physical appearance WASN’T the most important thing.  Sense of humor was voted the quality that makes people irresistible.  Self-confidence was next.  That doesn’t mean that women completely ignore physical features on guys.  For years the ladies have flocked to my side in hopes to catch a glimpse of my attention. Well that’s the way I see it anyway, they could have just been around because they were trying to win some prize I wasn’t going to give to them on the radio. Or because they thought I was their ‘bestie” when really I had other plans. Either way they flocked ok? Facebook KNOWS You!

Although you may watch what you say or do on Facebook because of your job (Tell me about IT!) it still may give your employers more information about you than you originally thought.

Researchers from Northern Illinois, the University of Evansville, and Auburn found that looking at people’s Facebook pages for just ten minutes could predict how well they’d do on the job.

They had people in Human Resources look at the Facebook pages of job applicants and grade them on traits like intellectual curiosity, conscientiousness, agreeability, and whether they were extraverted.

After six months on the job, supervisors evaluated the candidates on the same traits . . .
