
All this time I was feeling guilty about NOT going to the gym even though I’m dieting, come to find out it could have KILLED ME! Thankfully you can’t argue with scientific studies (yeah right…) because the newest one has a wonderful conclusion. A new study out of Louisiana State University found that for about 10% of people, exercise was actually UNHEALTHY. Those people saw negative effects on either blood pressure, insulin levels, or “bad” cholesterol after exercise. About 7% of people actually got worse on two of those.
