Well, it would be the oldest disease still alive if it was considered one. Scientists may have actually (technically) found a cure for racism. Of Course, like every other “Discovery” in science for the last 50+ years, this was a complete accident. A study in England found that people who took a heart disease drug called propranolol scored significantly LESS RACIST on a test than people who didn’t. The theory is that racism is rooted in fear and anxiety. Propranolol calms people down, so by reducing people’s fear, it also reduces their racism.

Hmmmm…. I don’t buy it!

Mantyhose?

Woe Woe WOE! This is actually a THING? According to new reports the latest fashion trend is Pantyhose for MEN? There’s an Italian fashion company called Emilio Cavallini that’s pushing hard on this pantyhose-for-men trend. They’ve been selling them for almost three years, but they only started catching on recently and now men make up 2-to-3% of sales

They are being referred to as “Mantyhose” and “Brosiery” and I thought skinny jeans were WAY too tight and girly.

A rep said that men wear the tights under pants for warmth, but some of the tights with more noticeable patterns, like skulls or stars, are put on full display underneath shorts.

Please don’t make this a THING!

It’s called MUSIC METER and it keeps you up to date on trending artists like Goyte and maybe some others you don’t know about. You can see pics and concert dates as well. Discover them before your friends do! Available for both Android and Apple phones!

If you’re into Foursquare, or checking in places on Facebook you’ll probably like this new app! It’s called FORECAST and it allows you to tell people where you are GOING to be and at what time. As sort of a way to organize with friends on a moments notice, you can post where you will be in the future and have your friends meet you there! They can tell you that they are going to be there by hitting the “Me Too” button on the Forecast. It also allows you to post it to Facebook and Twitter, group chat in the app and you can recieve Foursquare points for your check in as well. Could be the next big thing, get it before your friends and you will be the cool kid!

Beatles Ringtones Available

For the first time EVER you can purchase Beatles Ringtones for your iPhone through iTunes. Notice I said “purchase” although I’m sure a bunch of you already found a way to make it happen for free. Now you can do it legally. The ringtones that are available are from their iTunes exclusive “Beatles 1” that was released in 2011.

I wish I would have discovered this app before I went on like 6 different planes but OH WELL. Today’s free app is called “Crackel” and it allows you to stream TV and movies for absolutely free. Not of course they aren’t going to give you the new movies for free but they do have some great classics like “Talladega Nights” that you can watch at the push of a button. So if you are a traveler or have alot of down time and want to watch TV on the go, then I reccomend this app! Read more about it after the jump!

I’m the kind of nerd that needs to have all my album covers on my iPhone so that when I scroll through them they look pretty. So don’t be surprised that I love this new app I found called ‘Call Screen Maker” Which does exactly what it says it does. Instead of having NOTHING show up when your friend calls, why not something cute or scary or funny!? You can make whatever you want for them and have it appear when they call you!
