No Olympics For Me!

All this time I have been training to compete in the Olympics (in my head) in pretty much every event cause I’m pretty awesome at everything I do. But NOW, I’m giving all that up and will just go back to eating cheeseburgers everyday and never exercising. Or should I say…continue doing those things with a good reason! Why you ask? Why would I give up my dreams to wear that gold medal around my neck? First reason, I like TV and Cake (usually at the same time) and the second reason is although you win a bunch of money for getting a gold medal the government taxes you on the money AND the precious metal! So THAT’s Why…

There have been some unprecedented things happening in this years Olympics. Not in competition but on Twitter, and mainly with the athletes that don’t realize they are being racists. Don’t believe me? Google it. Anyway, that’s not the only thing weird happening in London this year. Apparently there are these bizarre rules even for people who attend the Olympic events. Now some of them make sense, for example No Bagpipes and or Vuvuzelas allowed in any competition (YES!) But some other ones have you wondering why you would want to attend them at all. Let The Games Begin!

For some reason this year I am more excited about the Olympics than I have ever been. I still don’t know all the sports that the USA is searching for gold in, or when they are going to be on TV. I do know that I plan on watching them but I don’t know if I actually will or not. If they are on while I am at work then I will DEFINITELY be watching them this year.
