I’m sure you know of the famous “Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi” scene in Star Wars and wondered when we were going to be able to have 3-D projections like that in our society. You didn’t? Well I did! Either way, it appears there have been some insane advances in that technology. In fact, they can really do it! Its not the greatest picture quality but it’s the first projection that doesn’t use a screen. Don’t believe me? Well I have a video of it so THERE! Check it out after the jump!
Well news just broke that SOMEONE found an REAL treasure chest inside one of the lockers that contained $500,000 worth of Doubloons! After 3 people had to help carry out this 200 year old chest from the storage unit they opened it up to find some real BOOTY! (thats treasure for you non-pirates) an expert descibed the treasure as “Pieces of Eight Spanish Gold” dating somewhere between the 16th and 19th century.
Yup, someone finally did it! Not some crazy car company, not some scientist in a lab, just some regular dude (Super NERD!) decided to make a bike that hovers! Chris Milloy an Australian Engineer says that when his bike is finished it will be able to reach 10,000 feet and travel over 170 MPH. Someone actually did it. A man turned a regular bin into a moving, beeping, real life R2D2. I’d think twice before getting into a Halloween contest with this guy!
