Death By World Record

We all know there are some WEIRD world records out there. It might even be on your bucket list to attempt to break one. Here is one that you probably won’t be attempting to break any time soon. On Saturday a man in Sri Lanka attempted to set the world record for “Longest time buried alive” and let’s just say… it didn’t end well. He was buried in a coffin 10 feet underground for 6 and a half hours, and when the family dug him up. He was DEAD!

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine is launching his own record label called 222 and Glee star Matthew Morrison is officially Adam’s first signed act.

Billboard reports that Adam can’t wait to start making music with Matthew.

‘Starting my own label has been a long time goal of mine and I am thrilled to be at the point in my career where it is finally happening,’ Adam wrote in a statement. ‘I am excited for everyone to hear Matthew’s forthcoming album. Great things are in store for him with this release.’

Matthew shares Adam’s sentiments about their upcoming collaboration.

‘I am excited to be working on my next album with such an incredible singer, writer and producer as Adam Levine,” Matthew gushed. ‘Adam and I share the same vision as we begin working on my record together.’

Matthew’s second studio album will be released on Adam’s label in the spring.
